Senior Project Architect

With more than three decades of architectural experience, Lorin Scarborough, AIA, NCARB, LEEP AP, knows how to deliver diverse new projects and renovations with creativity and industry know-how. She has provided design guidance and budget management for several ENR Top 500 Engineering and Architecture firms over the course of her career. Her project management experience is highly varied and extraordinarily deep, extending from multimillion-dollar, highly technical laboratory remodels and additions to hundreds of thousands of square feet of school builds on active campuses. She is familiar with all levels of construction communication protocols, including government, municipal, and military.

Lorin is LEEP AP–certified and has a keen eye for the finer points of sustainable architecture. She knows that site quality and environmental concerns must be taken into account with each project and accommodates these elements accordingly. Whether it is a new build or a historic renovation, Lorin maintains a solid sense of responsibility for the future, taking care to serve those who will utilize the buildings both today and many years to come.
